Our home is a single storey villa on a large lot in a quiet cul-de-sac. It backs onto a large natural lake, that provides a beautiful view, and takes advantage of the sun until late in the day. The villa is air-conditioned and has three bedrooms with double beds, three bedrooms with twin beds in each, and there is a sleep sofa, so is suitable for up to 14 people. |

For safety there are smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, emergency lighting, an intruder alarm system and a safe can be rented to keep your valuables secure. |

Lounge Area: Open plan to the dining area. There are two sets of patio doors that look out onto the pool and lake beyond. A multi-channel cable TV service can be enjoyed on the 52" television set. A DVD player, video recorder and music system are also provided. |

Dining Area: In the dining area the table is large enough to seat eight. The table in the breakfast nook will seat six and there is patio furniture to dine outside.
BONUS is a computer with Internet access, a DVD/MP3 player and built-in 9 in 1 digital memory card reader for digital cameras and MP3’s. |

Kitchen and Nook: Well equipped kitchen, with self-cleaning oven, microwave, fridge-freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is ample cutlery and crockery. The nook has a high chair and seating for six. There is a full-size washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board in the double garage, where there is also a slate-bed pool/snooker/ping pong table a foosball table and a fitness machine. |

Master Bedroom Suite (Bedroom 1): The master suite has a queen bed and patio door overlooking the pool and is fitted with a TV set and video. The en suite bathroom has a toilet, twin wash basins, large shower and separate bath. Guest Master Bedroom Suite (Bedroom 2): The guest master suite has a double bed with patio door to the pool area and cable TV. The en suite bathroom has a toilet, twin wash basins, shower cubicle and large bath. Four Further Bedrooms: The four remaining bedrooms each sleep two people, one (bedroom 3) with double bed and TV. The other three all have twin beds. These bedrooms share the two remaining bathrooms each of which has a toilet, hand basin and bath with shower over. One twin room has Sony Play Station. Pool and Spa: A feature of the property is the 30’x15’ private pool and spa (heating at extra cost) with extended decking and a covered porch giving plenty of space, all screened for your comfort. Accessed from the deck is a pool-side powder room with toilet, hand basin and access to a shower in the master suite. |

Maintenance: The house is cleaned and prepared before and after each letting. The gardens and lawns are maintained weekly and an irrigation system keeps things looking pristine. The pool and spa are also checked and cleaned weekly. |

Facilities Close By: Within a short drive of the villa are numerous golf courses, you can fish in the lake at the rear of the villa and there are nearby stables for the horse riding enthusiast. |
